"Think About Your Neighbors" and celebrate safely. **All fireworks**, even the so-called 'safe and sane' variety are **illegal** in the City of Los Angeles. It may be tempting to acquire personal fireworks for your 4th of July celebration, but this year we ask you to "Think About Your Neighbor." Personal fireworks are known to negatively affect children, pets, and combat veterans. In addition, the wildfire danger is ever present. We encourage all to seek public fireworks shows, which will be more readily available than they were last year. However, those who use, possess, or transport any type of firework may be subject to criminal prosecution - or worse yet, painful and debilitating injury. Surrounding July 4th last year, LAFD responded to an additional 429 emergency incidents than the daily average. We implore you to celebrate safely and enjoy fireworks exclusively at public shows. To locate a public fireworks show near you, check the list below or call (888) 654-FIRE (3473). Regarding Professional Fireworks Shows within the City of Los Angeles, as permits are requested for professional public fireworks displays, we will add them to the following list. If you are outside the City of Los Angeles, in areas served by the Los Angeles County Fire Department, please visit [fire.lacounty.gov](http://fire.lacounty.gov/) **Professional Fireworks Shows (For dates, times, and other details, please seek information from the venue or organization hosting the show.) **Bel-Air Bay Club** 16801 Pacific Coast Hwy, Pacific Palisades, CA 90272 **Brentwood Country Club** 590 S Burlingame Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90049 **El Caballero Country Club** 18300 Tarzana Dr, Tarzana, CA 91356 **Hillcrest Country Club** 10000 W Pico Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90064 **Hollywood Bowl** 2301 N Highland Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90068 **Hollywood Forever Cemetery** 6000 Santa Monica Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90038 **Marina Del Rey Jetty** 18300 Tarzana Dr, Tarzana, CA 91356 **Palisades Charter High School** 15777 Bowdoin St, Pacific Palisades, CA 90272 **Shepherd Church** 19700 Rinaldi St, Northridge, CA 91326 **Warner Center Park** 5800 Topanga Blvd **Wilshire Country Club** 301 N Rossmore Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90004 **What if I witness fireworks use in the City of Los Angeles?** Report illegal fireworks directly to the Los Angeles Police Department at any hour, using their online fireworks complaint form at: [LAPDonline.org/fireworks](https://lapdonline.org/fireworks) (**NOTE: THIS IS SEASONAL ONLY**) This complaint form can also be found through the "My LA 311."
