Public Comment on matters of committee jurisdiction not on the agenda. 3.Case No. DIR 2015-3372-SPP Monty's Steak House 5371 Topanga Canyon Boulevard, Woodland Hills, CA 91364 Discussion (Second Presentation) and Possible Action regarding Applicant's request to add an open Roof Deck to an existing restaurant, to include Bar, Lounge Bar, Lounging Space, Service Area and Dumbwaiters, Since the Deck is to be completely open to the sky, the Applicant believes **it does not require additional parking spaces.** 4.Case No. VTT-73343(CN) Tentative Tract Application for 5410 and 5422 Quakertown Avenue, Woodland Hills, CA 91364 Discussion and Possible Action regarding PLUM Committee's position in regard to the appeal to the South Valley Planning Commission regarding this project which involves demolition of two existing structures on R-3 zoned lots adjacent to RA-1 zoned lots, and constructing 95 new condominium units with 224 parking spaces, including demolition of an existing 52 unit apartment building. 5.
