PUBLIC COMMENT: Stakeholders who wish to make public comment must fill out a “Speaker’s Card” prior to the ERNC taking action on an item, and indicate which agenda item(s) or non-agenda description they wish to comment on. Comments on agenda items will be heard when the item is being considered. Comments on matters not on the agenda but within the ERNC’s subject-matter jurisdiction will be heard during the Public Comment period.
