Ron Galperin was elected Los City City Controller on July 1, 2013 and won re-election in 2017. Prior to being City Controller, he was a attorney, business owner, community leader and journalist. He also had time to serve as a Cantor at a congregation in Los Angeles.

Wednesday evening Controller Galperin will discuss the current financial situation in the City which includes a deficit of $675,000,000. However the City was just awarded $1.35 billion in the federal stimulus plan.

Are the financial problems solved? Enough money to resolve the homeless situation? City services to be restored?

In addition Matt Epstein will update on restaurant reopenings in Sherman Oaks.

If you have a question for Controller Galperin, email it to: SOHAZoomMtg@gmail.com by 3pm tomorrow (Tuesday).
