As we gather with loved ones and reflect on another year in Los Angeles, we’re reminded how much our city depends on informed, engaged residents like you. For more than two decades, CityWatch has served as a vital community resource—providing independent reporting, civic watchdog coverage, and a platform for voices too often overlooked at City Hall.
CityWatch is mostly reader-supported. We rely on you.
This holiday season, we’re kindly asking for your support to help sustain the kind of journalism L.A. needs now more than ever—fact-driven, fearless, and always free for everyone.
Your generous contribution helps us:
• Cover upcoming elections with depth and integrity
• Investigate waste, corruption, and government mismanagement
• Shine a light on community issues that deserve public attention
• Elevate grassroots voices and neighborhood perspectives
• Support independent writers dedicated to public-service journalism
If CityWatch has informed you, empowered you, or helped you better understand what’s really happening in our city, please consider making a year-end gift today.
Every contribution—large or small—helps keep CityWatch strong, independent, and accountable to our readers, not political insiders.
Thank you for being part of the CityWatch community.
Wishing you a safe, healthy, and hopeful holiday season.
