# Support Independent Journalism in Los Angeles — CityWatch Needs You
July 10 2025

FROM THE PUBLISHER - At a time when truth is often blurred by spin, CityWatch stands firm. As one of Los Angeles' last truly independent news sources, we dig deeper, ask harder questions, and hold local government accountable—because you deserve to know what’s really going on in City Hall and beyond.
But independence isn’t free.
As the cost of publishing continues to rise, your support is more crucial than ever. CityWatch relies on you—our readers, our neighbors, our fellow Angelenos who care about transparency, fairness, and a better L.A.
If CityWatch has informed you, sparked action, or given you a voice, now is the time to give back.
