THE VIEW FROM HERE - Under Woke DEI, there is no greater goal than embracing of one’s victimhood with the voluntary abandonment of individual inalienable rights. The old formula that Life + Liberty = Pursuit of Happiness becomes a racist scheme to keep minorities poor because White and Jewish racism is so all powerful that minority individuals must give up the illusion of overcoming.
Do Not Judge a Man by His Character
The new standard to determine morality is judge a man by his color and/or ethnicity and not by his individual character. The world is divided into two groups: Oppressors (Whites and Jews) and the Oppressed (all minorities). Morality is based on victimhood; the more one can claim victimhood, facts and individual actions are irrelevant. If an Oppressed person commits a crime, the Oppressors drove him to it. Individuals have no agency – no responsibility for their own behavior.
Facts Have No Agency
When an individual has no responsibility for his actions because he is a pawn of White racism, facts and logic play no role. Whatever happens is reported according to the reporter’s Narrative. Society becomes polarized between two extremes: Woke and MAGA where each has its own news stations.
The Death of the Rule of Law
In our society, it has taken a multi-decade campaign to convince Americans that we are not a Republic based on the Rule of Law, i.e. the US Constitution but a democracy where the results of the last election becomes the law. Senate Majority Leader Sen. John Tune announced the death of Constitutionalism when he said that all GOP Senators have to approve each of Trump’s horrid nominees, like Pete Hegseth, because Trump has the right that each nominee be approved because Trump won the election.
Thune wiped out Art II, Sec 2, Cl 2 of the US Constitution, i.e., the Advise and Consent requirement Senators investigate, approve or reject each nominee with an emphasis on rejection of the incompetents, sycophants, and nominees of similar ilk. As a result of Thune’s stabbing the Constitution in the back, Trump is surrounded by the worst of the worst. But for Thune, Pete Hegseth would not be Secretary of Defense and Trump would not have lost the war with Iran.
Power Not Law Is Supreme
Stephen Miller, Trump’s detested Mini-Me, stated the irrelevance of Rule of Law:
” We live in a world, in the real world... that is governed by strength, that is governed by force, that is governed by power. These are the iron laws of the world that have existed since the beginning of time.”
What restraint does Trump respect? When asked, he responded, “"Yeah, there is one thing. My own morality. My own mind. It’s the only thing that can stop me."
What is Good for the Goose is Good for the Gander
Some foolishly pretend that only Miller and Trump have discarded Truth, Justice and the America way. The Democrat Party is parading around pushing anti-Semitic Blood Libels to equal the Protocols of the Elders of Zion and the medieval claim that we Jew kill Christian children to use their blood to make matzah. In fact, it is become mandatory to falsely claim that Israel is committing Genocide and is an Apartheid State. Bradford Lander, who is Jewish and is running to represent New York's 10th Congressional District, fully supports the Blood Libels that Israel commits genocide and is an apartheid state. So too for Councilmember Raman and California State Senator Scott Wiener who running to fill Nancy Pelosi’s seat.
The New York Times pushed the genocide - starvation blood libel by featuring an emasculated Gazan child, claiming he was a victim of Jewish starvation. The New York Times ignored the fact clearly shown in the photo that his siblings and mother were well nourished. The reality was that the child had cerebral palsy, hypoxemia, and was born with a serious genetic disorder and the Israelis had arranged for his evacuation for medical treatment in Italy.
United States military officials and urban warfare experts, such as U.S. Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin, explicitly reject the claim that Israel is committing genocide. The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) have taken unprecedented measures to minimize civilian casualties. John Spencer, the Chair of Urban Warfare Studies at the Modern War Institute at West Point, has stated that "Israel has done more and implemented more measures to prevent civilian harm than any military in the history of urban warfare."
The Apartheid Claim Is Equally Ludicrous
Hate mongers like Los Angeles city councilmember Nithya Raman claims that Jews in Israel run an apartheid state because everyone in Israel does not have the same amount. Raman based her opinion of Israel on Hindu nationalism in her birth country of India. She has never been to Israel and provides no justification other than Hindus in India.
When a nation decides that Rule of Law is unnecessary and whoever wins the last election has a mandate to do whatever he or she wishes, the social contract between citizens is destroyed. The US Supreme Court ruled in Trump vs USA, ruled that Trump is above the law, i.e., he is immune from prosecution for violating any criminal law including murder provided he claims that he undertook the act as part of his core duties. Trump v. United States, 603 U.S. 593 (2024) Trump’s absolute immunity does not directly extent to others, but Trump has unlimited power to pardon. What does that do to the Declaration’s inalienable rights when Trump can have anyone swept off the street and never seen again?
Trump and Wokers Both Claim Extreme Victimhood
The GOP and DEM are united in their belief that the best justification for their horrid behavior is to claim Victimhood. Trump claims that no one in history has been treated more unfairly, while California Wokers insist that Blacks are due billions in reparations to compensate for slavery. Not all Blacks have fallen for such pablum and fight against the harm which Identity Politics has done to Blacks .
Victimhood Rules
Older generations, such as Baby Boomers, know that the USA is a Republic where the rule of law overrides the whims of the voters, while the younger Gen Z and Millennials believe that whatever the voters decree is the law. To gain votes, one claims its supporters are victims of the forces of evil; for Dems, Whites and Jews are that evil, and for the GOP, the evil is the Deep State. Ignore the fact that both are absurd lies.
