CITYWATCH TODAY—Politically speaking, this is a new year. Fiscal year. And not an unreasonable time to measure the hits and misses and recalculate goals.
Jack Humphreville takes stock of Mayor Garcetti’s budget management progress. Random Length’s Publisher and CityWatch contributor James Preston Allen takes the measure of LA’s Neighborhood Councils and wonders about their future. And, the Preven brothers review the flaws and vulnerabilities of LA’s Ethics Commission. You’ll see that the ‘new year’ may not be as happy as you had hoped.
All of this and more … in Today’s CityWatch. Check it out. Let us know what you think.
