# Editor’s Memo: Saving Granny’s Flat

CITYWATCH TODAY—The Granny Flat boogaloo makes its way on to the City Council dance card this Tuesday the 23rd. It’s a hot button matter and the odds are reasonably good the dance floor will be full. My advice: Do some prep. Let your councilperson know how you feel.
Granny Flat … or, second-dwelling-unit to some … expert Carlyle Hall can fill you in … in today’s CityWatch. He’s been there before. He knows how it works. He knows what you need to know. A little ‘homework’ will make your trip to City Hall or your call to a council office more effective.
